Our Christmas event happened on Sat with a morning of shopping followed by Ice Skating!
Shopping was done, coffee was drank (by me!) and off we went to Winterlee Ice Skating.
Of course we clashed with traffic heading to the Munster Rugby game next door to our venue, but our crew weren’t phased.
After showing off some serious “skills” on the ice rink and a few bruises later, we were set for home…… Or so we thought.
I was met by a frantic bus driver, who couldn’t get the bus started.
So back in for some hot chocs and crepes.
Forty mins later, we were back on the bus, driving through throngs of rugby fans in a bus that kept cutting out when we slowed down.
But never fear, our bus driver was amazing and remained calm and he got us all back home safely!
Another memory, another adventure story!!
